In a mug, make a paste by slowly adding the moringa powder to the hot water and stirring until it has dissolved.

In a separate pan, gently heat the milk until hot before pouring into the mug over the moringa paste, adding the honey and cinnamon (if you opted for cinnamon). Stir well and use a whisk to froth to your desired consistency.  Enjoy!

 

5. Moringa Lemon & Lime Infused Water

This tasty and easy to make drink is tasty and healthy in hydrating your body and also in eliminating toxins. You can also add fresh mint to boost flavor and nutrition.  This is what you will need to make your water:

 

  • 1-2 tsp A Gift To Africa Moringa Powder
  • 4 cups chilled water
  • 2 limes, thinly sliced
  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
  • Large handful of fresh mint leaves (optional)

Add all ingredients to a large bottle or glass jug. Leave to sit for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.  Serve with ice and enjoy!
